Returns & Refunds

We want you to enjoy your treasures and to understand your rights. Last updated 16 October 2026.

Australian Consumer Law

Consumer guarantees apply to our products, including sale items. This policy adds to, and does not replace, rights under the Australian Consumer Law. There is no blanket “no refunds” rule.

If something is wrong

Use the contact form on our About & Visit page or contact the shop with a description of the problem and proof of purchase. A receipt is helpful, but other reasonable evidence is accepted. Photographs may help with an initial assessment. We may need to inspect the item; original packaging is not a condition of a consumer-guarantee claim.

Major and minor problems

For a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement, or keep the item and seek compensation for its reduced value. You may also have rights to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. For a minor failure, we can generally repair the problem at no cost within a reasonable time. If we cannot do so, further remedies may be available under the law. A remedy is not limited to store credit unless you agree.

Return arrangements

Contact us to arrange an appropriate return or assessment. If a product has a confirmed fault, we reimburse reasonable return costs as required by law. Tell us if an item is difficult to return so suitable arrangements can be discussed. Refunds are normally made using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise.

Change of mind

Consumer law does not generally require a return because you simply changed your mind, chose the wrong item or found it cheaper elsewhere. Please ask us before returning a change-of-mind purchase; any additional return offer and its conditions will be agreed with you. This does not limit remedies for faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or otherwise non-compliant goods.

Need help with a dispute?

Start by contacting us through the form on our About & Visit page, Facebook Messenger or in person. If a consumer issue remains unresolved, you can contact Consumer Protection Western Australia for assistance. No fixed seven-day deadline in this policy removes your statutory rights.
