Postage & Collection
Postage and local collection are arranged personally with you. Last updated 16 October 2026.
Before you pay
For the Sage Burning and Little Rock Stars book offers displayed with PayPal links, the stated price includes standard Australia Post shipping within Australia. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery, as shown on the book pages. Enter the correct delivery details at PayPal checkout. For other products, we confirm availability, the total price, postage and timing directly before payment. International delivery, local collection pricing or a combined order should be discussed with us before paying. Do not assume a promotion on an older website or post applies unless we confirm it.
Dispatch and delivery
Timing depends on stock, packaging needs and the delivery destination. We explain relevant lead times before you order and contact you if we become aware of a material delay. Estimates are not a waiver of your legal rights. If we cannot supply within the agreed or otherwise reasonable time, contact us to discuss the remedies available under law.
Collection in Bunbury
Please wait for us to confirm that your order is ready and arrange collection during agreed shop hours. Let us know if someone else will collect on your behalf.
Lost, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us using the form on our About & Visit page if an order is missing, damaged or incorrect. Keep packaging and take photographs if practical, as these can help us investigate, but they are not an absolute condition of your consumer rights. We remain responsible for addressing delivery problems where required by law; you are not required to resolve our obligations with a courier yourself.
Address changes and special arrangements
Check delivery details before confirming an order and tell us promptly about changes. We explain any additional agreed costs before charging them. International delivery, if requested, requires a separate quote and agreement; this site makes no automatic promise of overseas shipping.
