Browsing, enquiries and orders
Most products on this website use browse-and-enquire ordering. Sending a form or message does not place an order, reserve stock or take payment. Selected books can be bought through the displayed PayPal payment links, subject to the price, edition and delivery terms shown before checkout. PayPal processes payment and collects the delivery details. For enquiry-based orders, we agree the item, availability, total price, payment method and delivery or collection arrangements directly with you before the order proceeds. Keep your PayPal transaction confirmation for book purchases; if we cannot fulfil an order, we contact you and provide any refund or other remedy required by law.
Prices and product information
Prices are in Australian dollars. We confirm the complete price, including any applicable tax and agreed delivery charges, before payment. We aim to keep listings accurate. If an error is found before an order is accepted, we explain it and ask whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price. We do not change an accepted order price without your agreement.
Natural and handmade products
Natural minerals and handmade pieces may vary in shape, shade, inclusions and finish. We describe material features and whether a photograph shows the exact piece or an example, and welcome requests for additional photographs. Natural variation does not excuse an inaccurate description or remove your consumer guarantees.

Follow labels, directions and warnings. Keep small pieces away from young children and pets. Ask about ingredients or intended uses before purchase if you are unsure.
